Azure Stack Certificate Concern

Hello, I need some help with Azure Stack Certificate Requirements[1].

My understanding here is we need to buy those certificates for both SSL and PKI. If I'm correct with my understanding, can we use GoDaddy to have those certificates? Or can you recommend on where we should buy those certificates?

Please correct me if I'm wrong with my understanding.

    As is stated in the doc, you can issue them from an internal CA (if you have one set up) or buy them. GoDaddy is listed in the trusted root cert program. GoDaddy is a long standing and reputable CA, so it would be a good option.
