my azure arc extensions are not installed on my endpoints, the configuration was done through private link
Please provide more information. Likely a connectivity or policy scoping issue.

hi i found this reading the log file "gc_ext.1" as i said, the configuration was made through private link and when i try to configure the Azure sentinel connector " Windows security events via AMA " this happens 
It might help to educate us on the private link comment. I am somewhat familiar with AMPLS. I was not aware of a private link for ARC. I assume the proxy config file error is unrelated. More root to the failed the failed download. You may need a formal support case to resolve.
