COMCharStream.Seek(Int64, SeekOrigin) Method

Sets the position in the current stream. This method does not do anything. It always returns 0.
This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Parameters
- offset
- Int64
A byte offset relative to the origin
parameter.
- origin
- SeekOrigin
A value that indicates the reference point that is used to obtain the new position.
Returns
0 in all cases.
