Truncates the specified OracleNumber structure's value to the desired position.

Parameters
The OracleNumber structure to be truncated.

The decimal position to which the number will be truncated.

A OracleNumber structure with its Value truncated to the specified position

Remarks
Supply a negative value for the position
parameter in order to truncate the value to the corresponding position to the left of the decimal point.
