Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsInterface property.

true if the Type is an interface; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.IsInterface property gets a value indicating whether the Type is an interface; that is, not a class or a value type.
