Returns a value that indicates whether the current binding element can build a factory for a specified type of channel and context.

Type Parameters
- TChannel
The type of channel the channel factory produces. Only IRequestChannel, IRequestSessionChannel, and IDuplexSessionChannel are allowed by default.

The BindingContext for the factory.

if the specified channel factory stack can be built on the client; otherwise, false
.
