Gets or sets the maximum size, in bytes, for a message that can be received.

The maximum size, in bytes, for a message that can be received by the binding. The default value is 65,536 bytes.

Remarks
This limit defines the maximum message size, in bytes, including headers. The sender of a message too large for the receiver receives a SOAP fault. The receiver drops the message and creates an entry of the event in the trace log.
