Gets the default interval of time allowed for the channel dispatcher to close.

The TimeSpan that specifies the default interval of time allowed for the channel dispatcher to close.
Remarks
This default close timeout can be set using ChannelDispatcher(IChannelListener, String, IDefaultCommunicationTimeouts). Otherwise, a service model default value of 1 minute is used.
