Q: Do I pay any fees to TakeLessons?

A: No. You pay the tutor directly for any lessons. Takelessons does not mediate any payments and does not have any insight into the payments between tutors and students.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: That will be up to the tutor. Please contact your tutor directly to discuss any refund options. If you are not happy with your lessons, you can contact our Support Team to provide any additional feedback.
