How do I contact my teacher?
After signing up for lessons, your teacher has 48 hours to accept you as a new student. Once accepted you will receive a welcome email from your new teacher with their contact information.
In addition, your teacher’s contact information (phone number, email address) will be listed on the Dashboard within your student account. Feel free to reach out to your teacher directly for any of your lesson needs.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an upcoming lesson you can easily manage your calendar through your student account. Your teacher will receive an instant notification via email about this change.
