Create a marketing form template
You can create custom templates to match your organization's communication needs and visual identity. The process for creating a new template is similar to creating a new form except that you will create it from the templates area. You could copy/paste the HTML from an existing form into the new template or create a new template.
To access your marketing form templates, go to Outbound marketing > Marketing templates > Form templates, where you will see a collection of form templates.
After you have styled the form template and added all necessary fields to it, you might consider adding metadata tags to help users locate this template in the template gallery. Adding the tags includes filling out details on the Summary tab such as purpose and visual style. When all changes have been made, you can Check for errors and then Save & Close.
Important
The default templates are maintained as part of the solution and might be overwritten when Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys is updated. Therefore, if you customize a default template, be sure to change the name of the template; otherwise, your customizations could be overwritten during the next update.
