Create a marketing page template
The process for creating a new template is similar to creating a new page except that you will create it from the templates area. You could copy/paste the HTML from an existing page into the new template or create a new page.
To access your marketing page templates, go to Outbound Marketing > Marketing templates > Page templates, where you'll see a collection of page templates.
After you have designed your page template, consider adding metadata tags to help users locate this template in the template gallery. Adding these tags includes filling out details on the Summary tab such as purpose, type, visual style, and optimized for. When all changes are made, you will Check for errors and then Save & Close.
Important
The default templates are maintained as part of the solution and might be overwritten when Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys is updated. Therefore, if you customize a default template, be sure to change the name of the template; otherwise, your customizations could be overwritten during the next update.
