Copilot in PowerPoint supports an iterative presentation workflow, not a one‑step slide generator. You can use conversational prompts to define your audience, clarify your message, and shape the structure before creating a draft. From there, Copilot helps you build and refine your deck by pulling in content from multiple files, aligning to your organization's branding, translating content, and generating speaker notes for each slide.

Instead of starting from a blank slide, you move through a connected process from planning, to drafting, to refinement.

Imagine you're a senior marketing manager at a global technology company. Your team has been asked to present a new product strategy to executives across three regions, each with different priorities. Your content is spread across Word documents, a market analysis PDF, and long email threads. You need a presentation that is clear, on brand, and tailored to each audience by the end of the week.

In this module, you'll work through that scenario using Microsoft 365 Copilot in PowerPoint.
