This module showed you how to build a presentation using a connected workflow, from initial planning through delivery preparation, with Microsoft 365 Copilot in PowerPoint and the Idea Coach agent.

Before opening PowerPoint, you used Idea Coach to define your audience, develop key messages, and map a clear narrative. That planning translated directly into a structured creation prompt in Copilot, where you referenced multiple source files and set key parameters so Copilot built to your requirements instead of generating a generic draft.

From there, you refined your content by improving text with rewrite options such as Auto-rewrite, Condense, and Make professional, used Copilot to review and strengthen your narrative, and built a visual story with a mix of AI-generated and brand-approved images.

The final stage focused on delivery. You generated speaker notes across all slides in a single step, then refined individual slides to match your audience and delivery style. A final review with Copilot helped surface gaps and strengthen your message before presenting. Together, these steps create a repeatable workflow that takes you from a blank canvas to a presentation-ready deck with less rework, clearer messaging, and greater confidence in delivery.
