After Windows 10 updated to version 2004, if I start up or restart my computer all of the pinned items in my Clipboard History manager appear as EMPTY rectangles. How do I fix this?

Here's what I found and it works for me:

    1. Open the Local Group Policy Editor [gpedit]. The Local Group Policy Editor will open.
    2. Expand Computer Configuration, if it is not already expanded.
    3. Expand Administrative Templates.
    4. Expand System.
    5. Click on OS Policies.
    6. Right click on Allow Clipboard History. The Allow Clipboard History form will open.
    7. Click on Disable.
    8. Click on the Apply button.
    9. Click on Enable
    10. Click on the Apply button.
    11. Click on the OK button.
    12. Close the Local Group Policy Editor.

    Hi,
    What's your system OS build?
Type "winver" in Search Bar and press Enter to check.
Check for update if you could find some security updates need to be installed.
Perform a clean boot and disable security software temporarily。

Open cmd window, right click and run as admin:
    sfc /scannow
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Best Regards,
