Hi,

I tried updating to windows 10 2004. My computer seem like it downloaded the update then it was restarting, then immediately went to sleep mode for 30 minutes. I was waiting to see if it would come back on and it didn't. I shut down my computer and restarted my computer again. The update history said the instally failed-0xc190010. My OS Build is AMD Ryzen 5 1600 six-core processor 3.20 ghz, Ram 16.0 GB, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660, running windows 10 home 1903. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have checked to see to update the drivers, checked the system requirements, uninstalled my virus protection security. Please help.

Thank you.

    Hello,

Please run Power troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot. Let us know what it reports back.

    Regards.

    Hi,

As we have seen similar issue caused by third party app during second reboot in upgrade, so I would like to confirm the following questions.

Did you install any third party software such as Citrix? If yes, try to uninstall those third party software.
Did you installed any third party antivirus software, we also need to disable them temporarily.

After that, download Windows 10 ISO image and upgrade by clicking "install now".

If you need further assistance, please reply to us directly.

    Bests,
