Hello everyone,

I'm working as an IT admin in a School and I'm really struggling to get Windows Autopilot working with a specific model of Lenovo Chromebook (300w Gen 3). I'm using pre-provisioned deployment in Hybrid Azure AD environment. I need to deploy some apps (6 in total - all w32apps). I tried to launch the "pre-provisioning with Autopilot" process on 2 different Lenovo laptops models. One is the Yoga L13 and it runs perfectly fine. The process only takes 15 minutes. The second one is the 300w Chromebook and I'm simply stuck with "Identifying" on the ESP. It fails every time with that model.

Why the process is working well with the L13 and not the Chromebook? Is there any explanation to this?

Thank you for your reply
