Lost authenticator

I reseted my phone (factory reset it all.) And I forgot to turn on to save it all in the cloud and I cannot login to my stuff anymore without the authenticator and I do not know what to do, I've tried everything I just can't get the authenticator back, the email I used was <Email removed for privacy> the authenticator I need is for the roblox.

    Without a backup to restore from the only other option is to work with each of the service provider's methods of account recovery.
