I am facing this problem since last two weeks and I tried manual downloading also but couldn't find the same update and also during manual downloading Microsoft hadn't updated the updates since April i.e. 2020-04.
Please guide me to fix this problem.

What was the result? Updates are now cumulative so the latest cumulative update contain current fixes plus the updates from previous cumulative update. So install the latest SSU

This is what I am facing problem with https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4574727 and for this https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4576751 the message was "it is already installed on yoour device".
your links are about KB4576751 update files but this file is about KB4023057
That's normal and expected behavior since updates are now cumulative. The only way to install an older one is to remove all of the newer updates as first step. The latest cumulative update contain current fixes plus the updates from previous cumulative update. Cumulative updates are updates that bundle multiple updates, both new and previously released updates. So install the latest SSU
