Our office is planning for re-opening, and we need to limit the number of people that can come in to the office on any given day. So we need some kind of tools for staff to register (i.e. schedule) which day they would like to come in, and we need a limitation/restriction of a daily maximum 50% of staff.

Is there any feature in SharePoint that would be able to do this scheduling? Or, is there any online app that anyone can recommend?

Thanks

Thanks.

    Hi, @Wojciech Bojewski ,

For SharePoint, there is no new feature for your requirements. In fact, there are other features in Microsoft 365 handling similar scenario. That is Room and equipment mailboxes You can set the capacity for the room and check the registration for certain users. Mostly we use it in Outlook.

    Hi @Jerry Xu-MSFT

This solution (using Rooms) has many unpleasant thing that must be solved before I could be deploy in organization, like e.g. every person should try make a meeting.

I was thinking something like Sharepoint List + PowerApps, that could be integrate with SharePoint or Teams.

I have a SP list, now I'm developing PowerApp to add to list.

There are two things I'm still struggling: first is how to block inserting a data if number of people reach a limit per day, and the second how to allow people to remove their entry If they change mind.
