My Windows is continuosly failing when installing KB4579311. I get the 0x80070002 error and roll-back the trial. Any tip to fix it ?

Many Users are experiencing severity issues that the computer experiencing Black Screen, Cannot Login to Windows 10, USB Printers issues, Network Issues when applying Cumulative October 2020 updates base on KB4577671 and KB4579311. Microsoft need to rectify and fix the issues as the computer and laptops that they are using are having problems. After doing the Windows Updates

As we have not see any related known issue released about those behaviors after installed those Oct. 2020 update, I would suggest to feedback through Feedback Hub application which is build-in on Windows 10 version.
For known issue about the 2 packages, we could refer to the following link below:
But for now, we could uninstall those packages through Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features\View installed updates, and wait for the next update release.

2020-10-21T13:50:10.45+00:00 We have also had several machines at several locations some entire offices experiencing this issue. Black screens, dual monitors going to one monitor, even 100% cpu and RAM usage on 8 - 16gb machines windows 10 with solid state drive.
Models include Dell Optiplex 3070s off the top of my head, more than just that. I thought it might be a graphic driver however after updating the driver, rolling it back and completely uninstalling it and using generic drivers nothing helps.
