I have 2 MCID Account, I need to merge them as 1

Hello, I just realized I got 2 MCID created with different emails, I need help making this as just one. I just passed a Microsoft certification in one and I want that deleted while migrating the Exam to the other one I want to retain. Please let me know how to proceed especially with providing you with these 2 numbers and specifying the one I want to keep. Thanks.
