    @hadil affes You should be able to sign up for an azure account and then create an Azure workspace for free. Please see the list of services available for free.

    You will only incur charges if you are creating resources beyond the free tier, for learning purposes the $200 credit should be enough to work through this course. What is the issue you are seeing with your account?
