Migration Tool incompatibility

I have a TFS 2015 stand-alone server that I am trying to migrate to an Azure DevOps stand-alone server using the Migration tool. I tried all 3 versions found at:

Download Azure DevOps Server to Azure DevOps Services Migration Guide and Data Migration Tool from Official Microsoft Download Center

And they keep saying they are for Azure DevOps 2020 Update 1.2 and to use the correct version of the Migration Tool. I have the current Azure DevOps 2022.0.1 release 2023417.1 and I could not find the correct Migration Tool on any of Microsoft’s webpages. Is there any site that would hold the latest version that matches Azure DevOps 2022.0.1 release 2023417.1?
