Empty taps, missing request history, Access reviews

I have tried to join a few groups as my position at work requires to. I’ve applied for Billing and Charging Evolution, Interoperability Data specifications and Settlement Group and Wholesale Agreements & Solutions Group (WAS). So far I don’t see anything in the following taps: Access packages, Request history, Approvals and Access reviews. Could you help ne resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.
