I can access Microsoft by logging in from the app, but access is denied from the website.

Also, I am unable to upload documents to Microsoft.

Currently, I can log in and see the documents shared by others, but I cannot upload them myself.

What should I do in this situation?

    Hi @北島 杏珠(SB 法人事業統括),

    Thank you for your reply.

From your answer, it looks like you can log in to SharePoint Online normally but still can't upload files. Please correct me if I have misunderstood.

We can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, please kindly provide more information below to let us work further.

1.There are two ways to upload files in SharePoint. Please try the methods below, see if they work:

    • Drag and drop files from File Explorer to document library- Drag and drop works best with Google Chrome. ·         Open the SharePoint site library. ·         On your computer, open File Explorer and navigate to the folder with the documents that you want to upload. ·         Drag the files to the space in the SharePoint library where it says drag files here. The library should display "+Copy" when you hover the file over it. Image
    • Use Upload button to upload files and folders. Image

2.May I whether you can upload files in other SharePoint libraries or your own OneDrive for business? Please try upload files other libraries and OneDrive for business to confirm.

3.To create and upload files and folders in a library, you must have contributor permissions to the library. May I know which permission you have? To confirm, click Settings (gear icon) on your SharePoint site, select Site Permissions>Advanced permissions settings, click Check Permissions under Permissions tab, enter your name and Check now, check the permission assigned to you. If you can’t check permission, please contact your site admin.

4.Please make sure that the filenames are supported by SharePoint. You can check to see if your file name is legit based on this article.

5.Please make sure that the file types you are uploading are supported by SharePoint.

Please go to SharePoint Admin Center->Settings->Sync and check your organization's custom file types that cannot be uploaded. If you are unable to view this, please contact your SharePoint administrator to do so.

6.Are other users with same permissions facing the same problem? View through another computer or account.

7.Check if the same issue occurs with other SharePoint site collections.

8.Try to use a different browser or your browser's InPrivate mode to see if the same error occurs.
