Cant connect via RDP to Azure VM. Machine has been started.

Hi. This is what I am getting as an error. I tried connected both on mac / windows with same results. I am not familiar with NSG,, as I have never (I believe) had to set this up before, meaning I also connected successfully up to last year via RDP.
