The Remote Desktop license server could not be registered as a service connection point in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).

Question

I have a RDS Windows Server DC 2022, which I add all the CAL and I am getting the below ERR

The Remote Desktop license server could not be registered as a service connection point in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS). Ensure that there is network connectivity between the license server and AD DS. To register the license server as a service connection point in AD DS, use Review Configuration in the RD Licensing Manager tool.

the thing is I have followed the setup and even sure the RDS can contact the DC with no issue, but still, EID 85 is logged in event viewer whenever I open up my RD license manager and click on review.

Note :
The Remote Desktop license server has been registered as a service connection point in Active Directory Domain Services already.

The licenses have been successfully installed onto the Remote Desktop license server already.

The computer account for this Remote Desktop license server has been added to the Terminal Server License Servers group in Active Directory Domain Services.

Does anyone know how we can resolve this issue?
