Hello,

I have a question regarding the upgrade of Windows 10, We have Windows 10 1703,1803, 1809 in our environment which we would like to update to 1909...Can we upgrade the all these versions to 1909 directly or we would have to upgrade them first to 1903 and then to 1909 ?

    Hello,

    If you use the ISO file to upgrade, you can update them to Version 1909. However, Microsoft no longer provides V1909 ISO file on the official site. You can get it from Visual Studio subscription. Or you can upgrade to latest Version 20H2. If you need instructions for that, let me know.

    You could directly upgrade all these system using ISO file, please note that the latest version Microsoft provides is 20H2 (Windows 10 October 2020 Update), you could download it here:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
    for previous version:
    Sign in to the Volume Licensing Service Center to download Enterprise editions.
    Sign in to your subscription on the MSDN Portal for MSDN downloads.
