How to share a ppt with linked bookmarks to a word doc.

I have a ppt with clickable buttons to book marked places in a word doc. I have discovered that if someone doesn't have the documents in the same folders as how I set them up the clickable buttons do not export to the Word doc. How would I go about setting that up or would both documents need to be housed in a shared could file the receiving parties have access to?

    Hi @Ward, Darci,

To ensure that the clickable buttons in your PowerPoint presentation work for others who may not have the documents in the same folder as you, you can link the documents using absolute paths instead of relative paths. This means that the links will point to the exact location of the documents on your computer or server, rather than a location relative to the PowerPoint file.

Alternatively, you can house both the PowerPoint and Word documents in a shared cloud file that the receiving parties have access to. This would ensure that the links work for everyone who has access to the shared file.
