I purchased a Windows 11 Pro 365 account subscription to be used on a consulting assignment with a company. My company email address is the identifying email for the account. My assignment was canceled with this company and I can no longer log in to my old company email address to change it on my personally purchased in those 11 pro 365 subscription. When I try to change it it keeps taking me to the previous company email login page which I no longer have access to. How can I regain control of my Windows 11 pro 365 subscription and apply another email address to this account?
