Microsoft Edge Browser compatibility issues

Hello, after users started to automatically update the Win system last Friday, all the updated computers could not use Edge browser. We tried to reinstall Edge and configure the registry, but the problem could not be solved. Looking forward to your feedback, thank you very much!

all the updated computers could not use Edge browser.

I want to check following things：

1. Are you currently unable to open edge browser? Or, is there any error message?
2. Which version of Edge and OS are you using?
3. Do other browsers have the same issue? Please help check it on other browsers (like Chrome).

You could try to repair Edge. Open Control Panel> Uninstall a program> Microsoft Edge> Repair.

If issue persists, try to run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption. SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them. Open edge with cmd and type sfc /scannow.
