Windows 10 Tablet stuck at Startup Repair

I recently purchased an RCA Cambio 2-in-1 that came with Windows 10. Last week, I booted up the device and was just taken to Automatic Startup Repair and it wants me to login to using my local user a/c password. Because I've been using just signing in with the PIN, I've forgotten my password and can't login to perform the startup repair.

I tried resetting the password online, but it's not being accepted on the device - maybe a local a/c on the device.

I just can't get past (or into) the startup repair.

Would really appreciate some help on this, pls.

    Hi,
You could Try to boot into safe mode

Power ON your computer and as Windows / manufacturer's Logo appears, Power OFF - Repeat 3 times
Now your computer will go into Advanced Recovery Environment
Advanced Options > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart
Press 4 or F4 to enable Safe Mode (5 or F5 to enable Safe Mode with Networking)
Log in once Windows starts in safe mode
See whether you able to login. If yes, come out of this and start normally.

Please feel free to let us know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards.
