I have tried and provided subscription details as below in try block
but when I tried to execute fetch report.ps1 file please see following error. seems to be something wrong with subscription or some other. please suggest further,
how to make provide subscription details properly in the script.

It's something you only need to do once for each machine/environment that you plan to run your script on, so it shouldn't be part of your script.
The error is saying it doesn't recognize "Search-AzGraph". It doesn't recognize it because it isn't installed.

so i see only status as installed in the status column, does it mean no pending right?

A: Correct. Nothing in patchinstallationresources until maintenance is InProgress, then when finished the entries for updates show up.

A: Unsure. I only looked at the script enough to see what the likely cause of it failing was. What I would suggest is to test it over some time, and do manual cross checks to see that it includes everything you need, and modify as necessary.
