Booked my AZ102 exam using work Id. But, I don't see the transcript. I also got a different MCID. I want to merge two MCIDs

I booked my AI 102 exam using my work id

But I don't see any transcript in my Microsoft learn profile. I merged my perosnal account with my worjk id but still I don't see the transcript. The MCID after merger and the one I received on email after clearing the exam.

The MCID, I see after merging accenture and my personal account is different

Please merge these MCIDs and help me with the transcript of AI 102 exam.
