How to ensure anyone can book via MS Bookings, not just those with a microsoft account

I'm trying to ensure all customers are able to book via our booking pages, regardless of whether they have a Microsoft account or not. The help pages says to select whether users will need to authenticate with their Microsoft 365 work or school account account before they are able to access and use a booking page via the booking page access control - but this option is not there when I look?

To allow anyone to book via Microsoft Bookings, you need to disable the "Require a Microsoft 365 account from my organization to book" option in the Booking page access control settings. This will allow anyone to view and book your services without requiring a Microsoft account. If you are unable to find this option, it may be because your IT administrator has not granted you the necessary permissions. You can contact your IT administrator to request access or assistance with this issue.
