I need assistance with multiple recurring issues I am encountering in Microsoft Teams regarding custom app management within my organization, for which I am an admin in Teams. This is a tab app that I developed using the teams tools kit in visual studio. I followed the instructions here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/toolkit/toolkit-v4/teams-toolkit-fundamentals-vs?pivots=visual-studio-v17-7 Below are the key problems: 1) Intermittent Visibility of 'Built for your org' Section: The 'Built for your org' section in the Teams app is inconsistently appearing. Sometimes it is visible on the desktop and web clients, and other times it is not present at all. This inconsistency is hindering the accessibility of custom apps for our organization. 2) Difficulty Uploading App Packages on Desktop Client: When attempting to upload and submit an app package to my organization through the desktop client, the app is not found. I was compelled to perform this action via the website instead, which is not the preferred method. 3) 'Built for your org' Discrepancy: The 'Built for your org' option was available earlier today on the desktop client but is now missing on both the web and desktop clients, creating confusion and workflow interruptions. 4) Errors in Teams Admin Portal: On several occasions, I have received an "Error while getting app assignments" message when trying to approve an app in the Teams admin portal, which prevents me from managing app assignments effectively. I have verified org-wide app settings and policies, and they are configured correctly to allow the necessary visibility and usage of custom apps as suggested in the Teams documentation

    Hi @Adewuyi Oyawoye

Please try asking the caller to clear the Teams cache and restart.

You can also find your custom apps in the Apps tab of the Manage Your Apps section.

I have the same issue. We have a standard process where we have to restart the teams client to see the app in the "Built for your org" section. This has not been working for us since yesterday, on app manifests which previously worked and pass validation.

I have tried clearing the team cache, and also verified that colleagues are also seeing the same issue.

How can we progress this? Thank you

An update on my experience - the app finally showed up in teams after 3 days (72 hours).

There seems to be some delay in propagation on the server side which is taking place, as clearing the cache, completely reinstalling Teams, etc did not help.

MSFT: is it possible for you to explain what is happening , or at the very least whether this is expected. We need to be able to manage our customers expectations. Thank you!
