Unfortunately press the "download and install" of feature update 2004.

How can I retain the previous one as my update option became like the image. Just stuck between regular update and feature update on windows 10 home (single).

Once you pressed Download button, update process would start and continue, unless you cut off network or disable Windows Update service.
For current situation, you need to wait upgrade finish then go to recovery.
