We run the hybrid configuration wizard with Morden topology, and it went perfect, but after that we noticed that in the Exchange server 2013, we are not able to enable the federation trust toggle in Organization > Sharing. Valid certificate?

Federation trust configured?

New-FederationTrust -Name "Microsoft Federation Gateway" -Thumbprint <thumbprint>

DNS fed trust correct configured? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/configure-a-federation-trust-exchange-2013-help

The successful completion of the Enable federation trust and Sharing-Enabled Domains wizards will be your first indication that the federation trust was configured as expected.
