Does Application Deployment Evaluation Cycle resend all State Messages too ?

Hello,
We run SCCM 2006 latest build, one of recent observations is whenever we run application deployment evaluation cycles in Client actions, it immediately resends state messages of all patches, applications etc, as observed in c:\Windows\ccm\Logs\StateMessage.log.

This not being default or acceptable behavior, wondering if any of you noticed... any suggestions to reverify this behavior ?

What does this mean? Why is this not acceptable?

    Hi,

It maybe acceptable behavior. StateMessage.log records details about software update state messages that are created and sent to the management point, and it send these messages to MP every 15 minutes in default without running manually. This setting is in the client policy of client setting.
