HI, I am getting the below response with failed status when trying to translate a PDF document. Data requested as per the error message = X-RequestId: cf39a326-f3d5-4963-bd94-823583e0f171 I cant find the header X-ClientTraceId in request headers. Did you try using the Document Translation (preview) feature from Language Studio ? Do you encounter the same issue ?

How are you performing the translate operation ? using REST API / SDK ?

Could you please share the PDF file with me if it is not confidential ?

Which region is your Azure Translator resource deployed to ?

Is this issue intermittent ? or occurs all the time ?

Does it occur with all PDFs or just this pdf file ?

Could you please collect HAR trace and share the log with me ? I would need date/time of error, request identifier from response header X-RequestId, and client identifier from request header X-ClientTraceId.

Hello Mr , I have a similar issue as @Pradeep Morisetti , When I perform a document translation with a docx file, it works and I get a binary file response, but when I send a PDF file, I get the error 400 response below in postman:
I also get the an error 400 in my react native code which indicates that PDF formats are not accepted.
It throws this error for all my PDF files

@navba-MSFT I am also having this problem on all PDF files, even empty ones. Here is the request information so that you can investigate. Thank you.

All of these failed requests (a dozen or so) have resulted in me getting rate limited on the API as well (The server rejected the request because the client has exceeded request limits), despite no translation quota being used. That seems like a problem as well.
