Next steps, User Stuck in "Deleting" mode

Good Morning!

I have a virtual lab setup for my students, but had a student who was getting an error while logging into their machine. I verified, couldn't access either, so I reimaged the machine. After reimaging, it got stuck "Starting" (1hr+), so I attempted to reimage again. This time the machine got stuck "Deleting" (1hr+), so I decided to delete the user and re-invite them, in hopes that another virtual machine assignment would fix the issue.
It has now been more than 12 hours, and the user is stuck "Deleting". I have also attempted to delete my test/troubleshooting account, which was not having any of the issues that student was having, but it is also now stuck deleting. I have 25-30 students in the class, none of the others are having any issues.

What are my next steps? Anything I'm missing that I can do from my end to get this resolved? I've heard a couple of the other instructors mention that Azure is behaving oddly this morning, that might be the issue, just not sure at this point.
