You've got two options here, but neither are what you're looking for. This isn't supported, and there isn't a simple means of setting it up. I'm always going to advocate for the easiest solution. 1. Add both out of office windows to your message, saying you're out for x time and unavailable then y time and only somewhat available. Otherwise you're going to option 2. Which is to quickly update the message once you're online on the first day. Sorry this isn't what you were looking for.
Outlook 365 different out of office messages for different days
I will be away from the office for two weeks. The first week I will be on vacation, so I would want my out of office message to indicate such and that I will not be available. The second week I will be at a conference and will be reachable on my cell during certain time frames. Before I leave the office, I need to set up BOTH outgoing away messages. Once the first one has expired, I would need the second one to kick in. How do I accomplish this?
