How to setup Desktop/laptop background wallpaper and Screen Saver via Intune from locally stored on device or SharePoint or OneDrive?
As I don't see such option in Intune so far which is really not good way to put company details on public sites like domain or some other.
for example: file path would look like
C:\DesktopBackground\DesktopWallpaperfilename.jpg
C:\DesktopBackground\Screesaverfilename.jpg
Is creating an Azure blob storage and using it for storing corporate images an option for you?

Yes but I was looking for the option from locally stored files or screen saver.
Even If I were to use Azure blob storage then how much would be costing for photos, videos and screensavers.

I remember trying customize screen saver 1-2 years back and it was a pain thing to do, it required some 3rd party special app which we would need to purchace so I gave up on that. Maybe customizing Lockscreen would be satisfiable for need?

I have followed this link which has steps but it worked on Locked screen and wallpaper on few devices and its does not work on Windows enterprise OS
So what is the alternate way for this to work on all Windows 10 pro, Enterprise OS's as well.

It worked on Windows 10 enterprise Screensaver but not the background image/photo.

Based on my testing The link provided above can be correctly device desktop wallpaper, please re-check your settings and delete the previous script and try again to check whether above link can set desktop correctly and here is a link about how to set lock screen.
