关于Azure AI Speech “zh-CN-XiaochenNeural” 音色异常

Question

Since early April, the tone of the "Xiaochen" model has been experiencing abnormalities.

At that time, attempts were made in regions such as East Asia, Southeast Asia, and the East US, all of which showed abnormalities, except for the Japan East which was normal.

But on April 8th, "Japan East " also became abnormal.

I thought it would be fixed in a few days, but I didn't pay much attention.

In fact, similar problems also occurred in October last year.

On April 12th, the problem persisted.

So I started asking this question and quickly received a response, in short, "I understand.".

It has been a month now, and I have provided audio twice during this period, but the problem has never been resolved. There are even no responses such as "whether the problem is being solved" or "whether it will be solved".

I have reason to believe that you have not taken this issue seriously at all.

Many people in my small group have given up on Microsoft AI voice, after all, AI voice is no longer rare and there are many options.

Today is my last question, and if it doesn't receive enough attention, I won't speak again.

It's amazing how slow it is to solve the problem.

从4月初开始，“Xiaochen”这个模型的音色就出现了异常。

当时尝试了“东亚、东南亚、美东等等区域”全都有异常，唯独“日本东部”是正常的。

但在4月8号那天，“日本东部”也变得不正常了。

本以为过几天会修复，也就没太在意。

事实上类似的问题在去年10月也出现过。

到了4月12号，问题依旧。

于是我开始提出这个问题，很快收到回复，简而言之就是“知道了”。

如今已经1个月了，期间提供过两次音频，但问题始终得不到解决。甚至连“是否在解决问题”或者“是否会解决问题”，诸如此类的答复都没有。

我有理由相信，你们根本就没重视这个问题。

我的小群体内，很多人已经放弃微软AI语音了，毕竟现在AI语音已经不稀罕了，有很多选择。

今天，是我最后一次提问，如果还得不到重视，我也不会再发言了。

解决问题如此之慢，实在是令人惊叹。
