I'm trying to use Copliot in Excel. When I either select the entire table or select information within the table, the Copilot Preview box only highlights the "Select data in an Excel table". All other options "Create", "Edit", and "Understand" are all greyed out and can not be selected. The file is on OneDrive and autosave is On. Why is the program not recognizing the table or data?

    1. Ensure Data is in Table Format: For Copilot to work in Excel, make sure it is in table format. Copilot only works within tables in Excel.
    2. Check File Storage Location: Ensure that the Excel file is stored on OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Online. Copilot for Excel only works with files stored in the cloud
    3. Enable Autosave: Make sure that Autosave is enabled for the file. This is necessary for Copilot to function properly
    4. Update License: Open a Word document, go to File -> Account -> Update License. Once updated, re-login to all Microsoft 365 apps
    5. Repair Microsoft Office:

    ·         Right-click the Start button (lower-left corner) and select Installed apps on the pop-up menu.

    ·         Select Microsoft 365 for enterprise, click on ellipses and select Modify.

    ·         Depending on your Office installation type (Click-to-run or MSI-based), you'll see options to proceed with the repair. Follow the steps for your installation type

    1. Check File Types: Ensure that the Excel file type is either XLSX or XLSM. Only these two file types are supported
