In our company portal application, the Office application has been installed, yet the status erroneously continues to display as ‘downloading’. Despite the Office apps being fully installed, the application’s status fails to update accordingly. We have attempted synchronization and other troubleshooting methods. We seek clarification on why there is a significant delay in reflecting the accurate status. Please address this query

The issue may be due to the Company Portal not detecting the app is finished installation, or the app failed detection somehow. It needs to check related logs like the company portal log. Also, it is recommended that you sign out and then sign back in to enforce the device and company portal to Sync.

    Regards,

    Matt
