Navigate to the "Modules" section within the Finance & Operations application. Under the "Leave and Absence" module, access the setup menu. Proceed to the "Human Resource Workflow" configuration. Upon selecting "New," a variety of HR-related workflows will be displayed. Choose the "Leave and Absence Workflow Application" and sign in with authorized credentials. Within the workflow channels, locate "Approvals" and proceed to drag and drop the "Approval Workflow Request" element. Specify the desired approval parameters, including the leave request type and approver. Utilize the "Assignment" option in the action pane to designate the appropriate approver. Enter pertinent details such as the work item subject and instructions in the "Basic Settings" section. Upon completion, close the settings and return to the home screen. Define submission instructions for users submitting leave requests by selecting the relevant workflow element and configuring the basic settings accordingly. Once all settings are configured, activate the leave and absence request workflow by adding a new version. Refresh the page in the Human Resource Workflow section to verify the activation of the leave and absence request workflow.
