getting 400 bad request error
In fact, this has been deprecated for a while, but now you get this ugly error. The current link for the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) is
https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com
You can always use this Microsoft Portals Reference Guide
https://www.connecting-software.com/blog/microsoft-portals-reference-guide/
for these types of issues.
You should not be using this link anymore, Microsoft is deprecating it. Use the https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/ one instead.
