I use Hp Pavilion 15 touch screen, Keyboard auto typing more than one keys, it stops when I press the shift bar button. It starts again after some minutes, which makes the mouse to freeze, at this point I can only use the touch screen to operate the laptop for some minutes then my laptop freezes completely. Unable to do anything with the laptop, I have to force shutdown and restart before it goes back to normal again but after some minutes of usage the problem starts again. I’ve run several tests and scans, restore, and reset the laptop but all to no avail. I need help here!!!

    Hello

It sounds like you are experiencing some keyboard-related issues on your HP Pavilion 15 laptop. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to check the problem:

Update Keyboard Drivers: Outdated or incompatible keyboard drivers can cause issues. Update the keyboard drivers by going to the HP support website, entering your laptop model, and downloading the latest drivers for your keyboard. Install them and restart your laptop to see if the issue is resolved.

Disable Filter Keys: Filter Keys is a Windows feature that can cause keyboard input delays. To disable it, go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard. Toggle off the “Use Filter Keys” option.

Test in Safe Mode: Restart your laptop and boot into Safe Mode. If the keyboard issue does not occur in Safe Mode, it’s likely that a third-party software or driver is causing the problem. Uninstall recently installed software or drivers one by one to identify the culprit.

    Best Regards,
